EELTEX and Earlsmann Defence Company Merger

EELTEX continue to manufacture the BCU611 battery.
Internationally recognised EELTEX Limited, provider of emergency egress lighting systems and lighting expertise, and Earlsmann Defence officially announce their merger. The assignment of ownership of intellectual property, tooling, service offering, product range and client list will transfer to EELTEX.
EELTEX will gain from the experience of Earlsmann Defence’s key personnel and will continue to manufacture the BCU611 battery used in legacy EELS (Emergency Egress Lighting Systems) and VELS (Vehicle Escape Lighting Systems) such as the HaLO VELS* system supplied to the USSOCOM and UK MOT.
The two companies have previously worked together to launch the EGRET, a cost-engineered COTS escape lighting system.
The merger of the two companies will unify under one roof with an extensive range of EELS/VELS specialism and lighting expertise which will be promoted to the Military Sector.
